With every step of a patrol and at the end of each shift, you'll learn something new. Our ongoing training supports and challenges you to continually achieve more.

Training for Advancement: We've created an advanced safety and security curriculum unmatched in the industry. Ongoing training is a prerequisite for advancement — all at no cost to you.

Online Training: Our Learning Management System (LMS) integrates with HR and scheduling software, offering hundreds of courses through our Employee Resource Centre.

Management Training: We offer company-paid business degrees, diplomas, and designations (CPP, CHPA). Our managers complete emergency management training through the Justice Institute of BC.

Client Training: Our experts provide ongoing courses — from lunch-and-learns on personal safety to hands-on aggressive behaviour management.
